DAY1

Arrival at Nagpur – Transfer to Tadoba

On arrival at Nagpur Airport or Railway Station you will be greeted and driven to Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve a journey of around 3 hours (140 km). Upon reaching, check in to your jungle resort and relax. After lunch gear up for an exciting evening jeep safari in Tadoba known for its high density of tigers. Later return to the resort, enjoy dinner and stay overnight amid the wilderness.

DAY2

Exploring Tadoba National Park

Start your day early with a thrilling morning jeep safari inside Tadoba National Park the best time to spot big cats and other wildlife. After the safari, return to the resort for breakfast and spend some time at leisure, soaking in the natural surroundings or opting for a guided nature walk. Post lunch, head out for another evening safari to explore different zones of the park. Return to the resort for dinner and an overnight stay.

DAY3

Tadoba to Pench

After an early breakfast check out from your Tadoba resort and proceed towards Pench National Park, located about 200 km away (approximately 4 hours’ drive). Pench is renowned as the inspiration for Rudyard Kipling’s The Jungle Book. Upon arrival, check in to your resort and enjoy lunch. Later, embark on local sightseeing to discover the rich flora and fauna of Pench. After the visit, return to the resort for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY4

Wilderness at Pench National Park

Wake up early for an adventurous morning safari inside Pench home to tigers, leopards, wild dogs and over 250 bird species. After the safari, return for breakfast and enjoy some leisure time at the resort. You can relax or indulge in optional activities like a nature trail or bird watching session. Post lunch, you may opt for another evening safari to increase your chances of wildlife sightings. Conclude the day with dinner and an overnight stay at the resort.

DAY5

Departure from Pench – Back to Nagpur

After an early breakfast, check out from the resort and drive back to Nagpur (around 80 km, 2 hours). Upon arrival you will be dropped at the airport or railway station for your onward journey, carrying unforgettable memories of the wild.

Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure :

In case if you are postponing or cancelling your tour/travel due to any unavoidable reasons, you must intimate us in writing. Please make it sure that cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive your mail in writing. Following cancellation policy would be applicable:

  • 30 days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour cost.
  • 15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost.
  • 07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost
  • 02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost.
  • Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND.
  • Jeep Safari & Canter Safari amount are non refundable.
  • In case of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided.
  • Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges etc will be informed by mail or phone before traveling date.
  • Important Note : In case your safari is not booked due to reasons like technical error or non-availability of seat, we will refund the whole amount in your given bank account. The same would be communicated accordingly.
  • In case of peak season - weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X'Mas & New Year) hotel/Forest Lodges bookings separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).
  • Our Liabilities and Limitations : Please note that after you finalize the tour/service cost and in case if there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges decided by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
  • Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  • In case of dispute, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
