About Agarzari Buffer Gate
Agarzari Gate is situated in the southern buffer zone along the Chandrapur – Moharli road, approximately 28 km from Chandrapur and 145 km from Nagpur. It is widely acknowledged as the most successful and active buffer gate in Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve.
Agarzari shares open, contiguous forest corridors with the legendary Moharli core range. Several dominant tigers, including famous tigresses with sub-adult cubs, frequently cross through Agarzari's waterholes and meadows, making sightings here on par with the core zone.

Buffer Gate Wednesday Closure:
All buffer gates in Tadoba (including Agarzari) are CLOSED on Wednesdays. On Wednesdays, tourists can book safaris in the Core Gates (Moharli, Kolara, Navegaon), which remain open.
