Wildlife safaris are one of the main attractions of Tadoba national park. It was proclaimed a Project Tiger reserve in 1993. A safari will not only let you see tigers but also leopards, gaurs, wild dogs, sloth bears, jungle cats, hyenas, sambar, cheetahs, nilgais, and barking deer. In addition to the birds in the park, it is home to up to 181 species, including many species that are endangered. Around Tadoba Lake, you can also see swampy crocodiles and migratory ducks.
